Work in 2025
2025 has been a busy year for DPD. Among other work, we released two 30-minute documentaries: Opportunity, Access & Uplift is playing in every top 25 market in the country. Food, Insecure has shown state-wide and played over 80 times across the state of Indiana at food pantries and churches.

We worked with the Future Farmers of America and Culver's to help produce an hour-long piece that outlines the many jobs created in the making of Culver's legendary custard.
We worked with great companies like EPCON, Shambaugh & Son, and many others.

This is a 30-minute documentary focusing on the changes, misconceptions, and current state of Historically Black Colleges and Universities through the stories of the students themselves and expert insights. We profile five scholars at two HBCUs and the family of a high school senior in Chicago debating his future. With our host and HBCU grad Brandis Griffith-Friedman, we were granted full access to the campuses of Delaware State University in Dover, and Dillard University in New Orleans, Louisiana. With double the growth of their peers, HBCUs are experiencing a surge in popularity. With that popularity comes new challenges that will test their future and what it means to be an HBCU.
This is the second in a series of documentaries about hunger for working families in the breadbasket state of Indiana. We dig deeper into what food insecurity looks and feels like, and its impacts on families and communities. We talk to families and experts from every corner of the state and discover the data driving the need for this film and its focus on addressing root causes of hunger. We present the web of issues to leads to food insecurity for many families, but we also explore real solutions that can lead to systemic change.
At DPD we've had the opportunity to work with the awesome group at Honeywell Arts Academy for years. This is a promotional spot we recently produced for one of their outstanding programs.
The Future Farmers of America is a pillar of our educational system and the backbone of youth agriculture nation-wide. We were fortunate enough to get the chance to work with this great organization paired with a fantastic restaurant chain: Culver's, in outlining the many agricultural careers that the legendary Culver's Custard touches. This is a 45-minute series of videos hosted by the fantastic Jason Wetzler.

A commercial testimonial video for EPCON Communities, a nation-wide industry leader in the development and construction of exceptional homes focused on the 55+ demographic.
Working with the legend Phil Bremen, former NBC News correspondent, we volunteered our work to help highlight an important historical tragedy: the lynching of George Thompkins over 100 years ago. This is a video covering the formal dedication of a marker honoring the site.
